When he’s not in the field, he’s reviewing photo records from that day’s jobs and making sure every written scope matched the work. He’s a Florida native, a former high school baseball pitcher, and the kind of person who keeps a torque wrench in his truck that’s older than some of his technicians.

Alisha R., Service Coordinator

Alisha is the voice on the phone when you call us, and she’s been with Servo since 2018. She’s the person who answers at 2 a.m. when a homeowner in Lakewood Ranch can’t get their car out because the opener logic board died and the door won’t budge. Alisha dispatches technicians, builds the daily route schedule, and makes sure every customer gets a named technician and an on-the-way text before anyone leaves the shop. Before joining the team, she worked in logistics for a medical supply company, which is where she learned to stay calm when someone on the other end of the line is having a genuinely bad day. She knows every neighborhood in Bradenton by name, not by GPS, and she keeps a handwritten list of customers who’ve been with us since the beginning. Chris T., Senior Installer

Chris has been installing garage doors in Manatee County for fourteen years, and he’s been with Servo since 2020. Danny M., Apprentice Technician

Danny joined the team in early 2024, which makes him the newest face on the truck.
